Stephen, what is the password for this VI? I want to see its blockprogramm ,but it popups the diaglog which says needing password

Stephen,

The "new" VI for 2012+ indicates that the "Add to log file? (T)" is TRUE by default. It is actually defaulted to FALSE so if unwired, you will not get an entry in the log file. Not earth shattering, but worth noting. Also, the old version of the VI does not work properly in NIVS 2013. One of our guys tripped over both of these issues before I found this post.

Hello Stephan,

Where can I find the log file indicated in VI terminal? I tried to find the log file in all VeriStand engine. And how about the "Report Message to Terminal.vi" indicated inside of the VI? Is this also called when running the VI?
