Acquisition and analysis of electroencephalographic data (EEG, or brain waves) in relation to decision behavior has the same general form as any problem in which there are parallel streams of analog data and digital data, in which the time relationships between the data streams are critical. Turnkey systems commercially available are costly, and have far less versatility than LabVIEW for designing the analysis.
