This SpashScreen.VI is used as a splash screen while the other VIs and subVIs of my "project" are called. This is an interactive way to execute your main VI in a application. Instead of waiting until all your VIs load one at a time, the splash screen allows the user to watch the process of loading all your subsequent VIs and then they open when it is done. This is just an example and the splash screen can definitely be improved upon. This was saved in LabVIEW 8.6 but hopefully the screenshot will help for those that have older versions of LabVIEW.
