FRC.chm is the help documentation for the FIRST Robotics Competition VIs. The help file installs with the FRC 2009 Edition of LabVIEW included in the FRC kit of parts.

Installation Instructions

1. Download frc.chm, IMAQVision.chm, and lvpid.chm

2.  If you cannot view the content of the file after downloading, right-click the CHM, and select Properties from the shortcut menu.

3.  In the Properties dialog box under the Security section click the Unblock button.

4.  For frc.chm to diplay its contents correctly all three help files must be saved in the same directory

5.  To access these Help Files from within LabVIEW place all three into the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\help\ directory

I am not able to open the document or save it, although I do see a table of contents in the left menu.

I still cannot read the documents. I do not see the same properties menu as is shown in the above example. I see a "navigation to webpage canceled" where the document should display. When I look at properties after right clicking, my version does not have three menu tabls at the top. Are you using VISTA or Windows XP?
