Problem: When trying to run the FRC 2010 Driver Station I receive a pop-up window saying I am missing nicyapi.dll and it prompting me to browse to locate it.
Reason: This is a known issue that occurs when you install the Mandatory Driver Station Update and then install the Mandatory LabVIEW Update.
Solution: Download the attached nicyapi.dll and place it in the Windows\System32 folder on your computer. Once you have copied the dll to the System32 folder you will be able to run the Driver Station.
If you are running into this error on the Intel Classmate make sure that you are logging in as Developer. If it is automatically logging in as the Driver you can either hold the Shift key as it is booting up or after it is already logged in you can press Windows + L keys in order to log out.
