Developer Center Videos use Unavailable Codec on Mac

Hello, I have tried now in quicktime and VLC to get your dev center videos working. I used this URL which I got from the source of the popup player:

mms://trog.ni.com/ni/webevents/gsd/introtogsd_fast.wmv

This presents a blank white screen in quicktime (with latest wmv components installed), an error pasted below from VLC, and a graceful refusal from MPlayer. After doing some research, I see that I am missing the MSS1 codec from Microsoft. Unfortunately, the downloadable Quicktime Components don't support this, nor does VLC, nor does MPlayer. You can add it to VLC using Wine and official Microsoft DLLs, but I can't see myself installing so much software just to watch a demo video.

Can you please upload your videos in a more cross-platform format? Maybe Flash? Maybe mp4? Even a more standard flavor of Windows Media would be fine.. If I am doing something wrong, please enlighten.

Thanks-

-Jordan

Sorry you are having issues watching the videos. I will work with FIRST to get them in additional formats and let you know when they are available.
