Measurement Accuracy ( measurement uncertainity)

Dear Diadem Masters,

I have a data from measurement as below.

The red curve is reference value measured synchronously with controlled value - the green curve.

I would like to calculate accuracy (Precision) of measured values in green channel vs reference channel ( red curve).

From other hand could be also estimated measurement uncertainty taking into consideration that red curve is reference ( and the best).

Is it possible to perform this at reference points ( Y-Axis)  as 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000, 10000 or "more densely"?

How to calculate repeatability in that points?
