[Bug] Editing the layer name when the text tool is selected write the text to the icon

Step to reproduce:

• Select the layer tab
• Select the text too and position it somewhere on the icon
• Now go back to the layer tab and type some text in the layer name --> The layer name is not changed but the text is written to the icon

There is not going to be a fix for this issue before the next release, because every change but in the lv_icon.vi wouldn't make a lot of sense.

The reason why I don't want to touch the code in lv_icon.vi is the fact, that this VI is localized. Everyone who uses a localized version would be affected by this change.
