RoboRio DIO / Serial / I2C Ports Not Working

We have a RoboRio 1 without working DIO / Serial / I2C ports.  We've vacuumed out the unit and looked for shorts, but that did not work.

Can this be repaired/replaced?

When you power on the roboRIO, I'm assuming you have a red POWER LED?  That would point me towards shorts.

What's helping you reach the conclusion they aren't working?  I'm assuming you're running code and not getting any input/output from these ports?  Knowing this helps me figure out if it can be fixed locally or would need something more 😃
