NEED HELP

I made a LabVIEW program to display analog input voltage values and it worked fine but now it displays wrong values. i even checked the MAX test and it showed correct voltage values .i even checked the hardware connection it turned out to be right. HELP me solve this problem.it is very URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!
