LVM not connecting all users

Hi every body

I had à big cras serveur and the vm which start LVM don't run.

I recreate a VM with the same name and the same MAC and re install the LVM, re create my 4 users

but only 2 of 4 can reconnect to the LVM and see all licences.

The other 2 see a temporarly licence.

If anyone have an idea, I can take
