Hello. 

I have a huge problem with opening this application, every time I have an error: application cannot be correctly started (0xc000007).

I have tried every solution which I have found on the internet, like updating DirectX, Visual VC++, Net Framework, scanning disk, changing the .dll files in system, and a lot more but no one solution helped.

Can you give me any advise or solution of this problem?

No we can’t. You give not enough information to even start to guess where your problem might be and your mentioning of having updated (randomly replaced?) DLLs on your system makes me strongly suspect that you probably trashed your entire OS and the only prudent way forward is likely a complete wipe of your harddisk with a new and clean reinstallation of everything.
