Voltage of a Resistor in Oscilloscope (Half Wave)

I was wondering how is it possible for the oscilloscope to record a data of 34V on the resistor when its voltage using the multimeter is 10.559V (RMS). Isn't the oscilloscope suppose to reflect (10.559V)(root(2)) = 14.932V? And how is it possible for the diode to have a voltage of 13V when its forward voltage drop is 1.2V. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you so much.

Привет! Всё из-за того, что вы измеряете переменное и однополупериодное постоянное напряжения в одной куче.
Вот вам пример, когда все случаи поставлены в равные условия
