real time controller clock off by over 20 seconds from real world clock

The current time displayed on ni max for the real time controller with the correct time zone is off by 20 seconds from the computer clock and a calibrated clock. I've tried restarting both devices and resetting the clock as well. This is an issue because the data files don't match the time stamps on any of my videos
