Happening today: Keynotes and parties and trivia, oh my!

NIWeek '09 is just getting started and already my mind is whirling with all the cool stuff going on. Here's the rundown of a few can't-miss events happening today:

• Dr. Truchard's keynote (8:30 a.m. in Ballroom G). You just THOUGHT NI LabVIEW was as cool as it could get -- wait until you hear about all the new features in LabVIEW 2009, the latest version of our graphical system design software platform.
• Challenge the Champions (5 p.m. in the Technology Theater). Do you like game shows? Or just like LabVIEW? Test your LabVIEW knowledge against the famed LabVIEW Champions during this interactive trivia contest. Sign up before 2 p.m. in the Tech Theater. You might even win some cool prizes.
• NI Community Block Diagram Party (5 p.m. in the Expo Hall). (Get it? Block diagram party? We are such punsters.) Anywho, don't miss the first party of NIWeek! Enjoy food and drinks and hang out with your fellow LabVIEW developers. There will also be a Twitter scavenger hunt for the tweet-inclined. Oh, you aren't on Twitter yet?
