I have a PXIe-5663 that is no longer working with NI-RFSA or labview.
I am using NiMax 15.3, NiRFSA 2.7.5, NiScope 15.1.
I also have Spectral Measurements tool kit 2.6 installed.
The problem started happening when I upgraded from Labview 2011 to 2013sp1.
When initializing the VSA with Labview, and when attempting to use niRFSA, I get the same error :
The digitizer returned the following error:
IVI:(Hex 0xBFFA0020) Unknown channel or repeated capability name.
With Labview, the error pops up on the niRFSA initialize with options.vi
The soft front panels for the connected digitizer (PXIe-5622) and LO (PXIe-5652) are working fine, and as far as I can tell each (hardware) is also working fine.
Any suggestions in order to get this 5663E going would be greatly appreciated.
