Hi,
I want to install software on NI cRIO-9022. I am trying to do it using NI MAX. I can detect my device under 'Remote Systems'. However, when I try to expand the NI-cRIO9022 so as to get software and other sections, I don't get anything and the expand arrow disappears. Please see the attached pictures ('Before_Expanding' and 'After_Expanding') for reference. How can I solve this problem?
Notes:
1. I am running version 18.5.0f0 of Ni MAX
2. All the switches on the cRIO-9022 are in OFF mode.
3. I have formatted the cRIO and the yellow LED blinks twice at regular interval. I had the same problem before formatting.
4. The device is currently unlocked.
