Badly need help to convert driver files from LV2021 runtime to LV2019 runtime.

I downloaded a driver file from InTest Thermal Solutions but was running through a later LV runtime version and was incompatible with what was currently installed on my desktop. 

There are a bunch of files I need to revert to an older runtime version, and I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me revert the runtime environment to LV2019.
