A Blank VI with the 'Move Selection Forward', 'Move Selection Backward', 'Move Selection To Back' and 'Move Selection To Front' methods placed on the Block Diagram.
These properties are incorrectly marked in LabVIEW 8.6, LabVIEW 2009 and LabVIEW 2010 to be available only to internal NI employees. Users wishing to use these methods today can do so by copying them from any VI where they have been placed, and pasting them onto a desired block diagram.
