Channel expansion while writing clock to PXI backplane

Introduction

This example is used to show how to generate a sample clock through a counter output, and use the sample clock to do simultaneous analog acquisition through channel expansion. The code was written to interface with S-series cards, but X-series can also be used. The counter0_internal_output is used to write to a PXI_Trig line.

 

Steps to Complete

1. Download channel_expansion.vi

2. Change Front Panel connections to match your own.

3. Configure counter rates.

4. Run code.
