Overview
Demonstrates how to acquire the signal of a temperature, save it and activate a fan using a DAQ device

Description:
This example would shows you  a simple VI of measuring the temperature using the LM335. The flow of the VI itself start by using some express VIs to simplify the process of the data acquisition from the DAQ hardware itself up to the process of saving the data and activate the actuator of a fan

Steps to implement or execute code
To implement this example:

  1. Define the file destination directory where the data acquired would be stored
  2. Enter the value of filter and setpoint
  3. Run the VI
  4. (Optional) Turn on the Highlight Execution to see the flow of the VI

To execute this example:

  1. Install the required software.
  2. Connect the DAQ hardware that supports the Analog Input and Analog Output features
  3. Confirm the connection with the MAX with TestPanel
  4. Open the VI and refer the Implement Steps

Requirements
Software
LabVIEW 2012 or compatible
