Listed below is example code that demonstrates how to pop out a window from a subpanel.  For instance say you have several subpanels in your top level application, and maybe you would like to separate that subpanel into its own window instance, the code listed below will allow you to be able to accomplish this behavior.  This is accomplished through dynamic event registration, and VI server methods.
