Description

     In analog circuit design, the on-resistance or Rds(on) is a very important parameter in evaluating the losses performance of a MOSFET or any transistor in general. In the first example, the Multisim instrument Rds(on) Plotter is controlling the load while sweeping the base resistor, thus controlling the base current. Each sweep series is plotted on the XY graph with the specified loads.
