The platform sbRIO 9631 will allow choose between two ways to control the induction motor, direct coontrol and voltage frequency law.
Furthermore, it will acquire data through their analog inputs.

It aims to assess the posibility of using the sbRIO 9631 platform as standard control platform in real time in the field of power electronic, determinig the distribution strategies of the control algorithm between FPGA and microprocessor which the platform incorporates .
A evaluation application that implements the assessment direct control and V/f law of a induction motor along with monitoring system. The platform generates six signals PWM adjustable switching frequency and the final solution has been redesigned to be used as a teaching tool.
Single Board RIO can be used as standard control platform in real time in power electronics applications (evaluated with direct control and V/f law of inductor motor), allowing both its use in design phase (which can be easily integrated in LabVIEW) and final product.

what is the total manufacturing cost for this project..??
as an individual it is difficult to collect all the expensive part related to this project,because all the ni card price start from min.30k...... so it is not possible to manufature this project by your own......better if your college support!!
I mean by Direct Control that the necessary data to generate the PWM signals are the amplitude, phase shift and frequency of the sine and triangle waveforms.
