Scripted Workaround for Actor Framework on VxWorks

Apperently, community scoped VIs do not work in LabVIEW Real Time on VxWorks targets.

Since Actor Framework uses some community scoped VIs and since I plan on using AF on sbRIO, I created a little "script" to modify my AF library to be able to run on VxWorks.
