  2. Browse to: Hardware Input and Output >> Modular Instruments >> NI-RFSA or NI-RFSG

How to Add an RF Instrument Driver to a LabWindows/CVI Project
  1. Right-Click Instruments in the Library Tree and select Load Instrument

  2. Browse to "C:\Program Files\IVI Foundation\IVI\Drivers\niRFSA" (or niRFSG)
  3. Select niRFSA.fp and click Load.

Hi Anna,

Thanks for sharing this document. I am new to CVI and I am trying to record neural signals from NI-6259 BNC board to CVI.

My problem is I cannot find niRFSA fold or niRFSA.fp wiht the path you provided.

Do you know how to connect the 6259 device to CVI, myabe there is another way?

Hello Jingjing,

The NI-6259 data acquisition card requires the NI-DAQmx driver and API. You will find the latest version here http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/3811/lang/en

Only our RF hardware uses the RFSA and RFSG drivers, sorry for the confusion.
