A simple LabVIEW implementation of the conversion of HSL to RGB based on the definition from wikipedia with the following exceptions:
Hue has been normalized to be [0,1) instead of [0,360)
R,G, and B are returned as U8 (range [0,255]) since LabVIEW uses 24-bit true color for front panel objects etc.
