The NI myRIO Project Essentials Guide provides a multimedia learning resource for students who are completing projects at all levels. This resource was designed to help students get started interfacing NI myRIO to a broad variety of sensors, actuators, and other components using NI LabVIEW software. The guide breaks down wiring, I/O requirements, device theory, and programming of over 20 different devices common to NI myRIO projects.

I am planning a project with upcoming myRio. One essential task is to show pictures via a projector. Is there any chance of connecting a display device, such as projector or monitor, to myRio to do some image display? Some projectors provide usb interface, maybe we can install corresponding usb driver on myRio? or can we simulate a VGA signal on myRio? Expecting your response.
Hello,
Although we have not tried this yet, I think it should be possible to connect a VGA connector to the I/O on myRIO. Also for a USB connection, some devices will "just work" while others may require that you install a driver on the Linux level. You do have access to Linux via SSH, so you can install drivers if necessary.
I hope this helps.
In the future, please direct any technical questions regarding myRIO to our Support Forums which are closely monitored by our Applications Engineering.
