Announcing the Science & Big Physics Summit at NIWeek - Call for Abstracts

I am pleased to announce that we will be organizing the 6th Annual Science and Big Physics Symposium Summit this year at NIWeek. With the number of abstracts growing and the audience showing lot of interest and enthusiasm, we have made this a 2-day event (August 7 & 8, 2012) and added a poster session and a experts panel session. The Science & Big Physics summit attendees will get a chance to see the general NIWeek keynotes before going to the dedicated room where the Big Physics presentations will happen.

The 2012 summit will be kicked off with a keynote from Dr. Ed Moses, Director of National Ignition Facility at Lawrence Livermore National Lab, USA.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS:

You are invited to submit your abstract before April 30th by going to ni.com/niweek and submitting your abstract for a presentation (direct link is http://www.ni.com/niweek/call.htm and click on 'Submit your application'). The abstracts should not exceed more than 100 words.

All oral sessions will be 30 minutes long (25 minutes + 5 minutes Q & A). For poster sessions, there will be a dedicated time slot for all the posters.

On behalf of the Science & Big Physics Team, I look forward to welcoming you at NIWeek.

Best Regards,

Arun Veeramani
