NI LabVIEW User Group Meeting @ UCLA
Friday, March 18
PAB, 4-330, UCLA
11:45am-12:00pm, Complimentary Pizza
12:00 - 12:30pm, LabVIEW Design Patterns
Learn how you can speed development and make your code easier to read by using design patterns in your application. Design patterns are established architectures for LabVIEW code that have evolved through the efforts of many developers and have been fine-tuned for simplicity, maintainability and readability.
12:30-1:00pm, PC Control of Lab Equipment
Lab equipment can come with many different kinds of interfaces for automation and/or control. PXI, USB, LXI, GPIB, and Serial are a few of the most common busses. Learn how NI and LabVIEW can help control all these protocols with one common interface/programming language.
1pm, End of Session
*This will be a repeating, quarterly event.
*NI is looking for LabVIEW users on campus to share application details at these meetings. If you have an application that you would like to discuss, please contact Peter Flores at firstname.lastname@example.org
