Did you build your program?

What do you mean? I followed a simple motor tutorial from o54e profile

Hi,
My tutorial doesn't place the Simple Motor VI into the main program; it's just a simple VI you can run on its own to test the motors. Judging from your screen shot, you're trying to deploy the FRC Robot Boot-up Development executable which consists of the Robot Main VI. If you are following my tutorial the Simple Motor VI isn't included in the Robot Main VI. To run the Simple Motor VI that you've created, just open the Front Panel and click on the white run arrow in the tool bar. This will deploy the code onto the cRIO. Make sure that the Driver Station is also up and running when you do this.

Hi,
It looks like you cannot connect to your cRIO. What is the IP address of your computer and your cRIO? Are connected via a crossover cable or wireless?
If you are connected wirelessly, check to see if you can connect via a crossover cable. If you cannot connect via crossover cable, make sure the IP address of your cRIO is 10.xx.xx.2 (where xx.xx is your team number) and that your computer's IP address is 10.xx.xx.5.
