Hi there,
OS: RedHat 6.0 with 4G memory,
I use nilsdev commnad and could not find any DAQmx devices such as 6259 and 6733. Could DAQmx linux driver support 4G+ memory?

4G+ is not supported.
Execute the dmesg command. If you see a warning/error about 4G+ memory, you need to add mem parameter to grub menu list.
