I have an Image Display control on my front panel with an image in it and a couple ROI contours. If I hover over one of the contours and right-click, one of options I see is 'Delete ROI Contour'. I would like to have access to the properties/methods that allow this kind of interaction. Will they ever be made available?

Are you referring to the control that comes with the NI Vision Development module? I don't believe the default Picture control in LabVIEW has Region of Interest functionality...

Yes, the Image Display that is used with the Vision module but is also present in LabVIEW minus the Vision module.

Awesome, we are on the same page! Honestly, the Vision components don't really fall under this group's purview or the LabVIEW scripting initiative.
But that doesn't mean we can't make the request! There's a number of different ways you could do this...
1. Talk to the Support team, let them feel your pain, and request that this features be added.
2. File a Product Suggestion under "Vision Software."
3. Do both! (preferred)
I apologize for the confusion. I realize from your perspective it's all LabVIEW... it just happens to not be quite that simple internally

I have done both in the past. Maybe I shall try again.
Can you explain why the property and methods of this control are different from others?

I can try and make the request as well.
The image display control installs with the IMAQ driver, and it and all of it's associated properties and methods are part of that driver. It's analogous to DAQmx property nodes, which install with and are part of the DAQmx driver. Does that muddy the water more?

Nope. Very clear. Thanks for the explanation.
