Golden ALARM meeting on Feb 17?  I had it on my calender for March 17.  If it is Feb 17 you will need a different room because there is a class that meets in CTLM-123 on Thursday evenings this semester.  Mar 17, OTOH is during spring break.

Thanks, Les.  I edited the post to reflect the fact that the meeting is on March 17, not February 17.  Sorry for the confusion.

ALARM is moving to an every-other-month schedule, rather than the quarterly meetings we have had for the last six years.  Our next meeting, May 19th in Boulder, remains unchanged.  After that, we will be meeting every other month, alternating between Boulder and Golden.  All meetings will continue to be held on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30, unless otherwise noted.  The schedule for the coming year is:

May 19, CU Boulder

July 21, CSM Golden

September 15, CU Boulder

November 17, CSM Golden

Joe,

I will help where possible.  Being CU faculty I should be able to reserve rooms and open them up (same as Laurel).

The next ALARM meeting is July 21 at CSM in Golden.  Details are available here.  Please sign up ahead of time so that we get an accurate count for ordering pizza.

ALARM will meet on September 15th at 6:30, in room 1B70 of the Discovery Learning Center at CU in Boulder.  Ron Harmon will present new features of LabVIEW 2011 and a quick review of NIWeek 2011.  Buddy Haun will make a presentation on "Using Subversion – Tips, Tricks and Gotchas” based on his experience in single- and multi-user environments.  Don't forget to sign up through NI's website (at http://sine.ni.com/nievents/app/offering/p/offeringId/851678/site/nic/country/us/lang/en) so that NI knows how much pizza to order!

I am editing this message to reflect the newly revised schedule for 2012.

We've set the schedule for ALARM meetings for 2012.  We'll follow the same plan as Joe outlined above for the second half of 2011:

Jan 18, CU (Nancy)

Mar 21, CSM (Bill and Ron)

May 16, CU (Laurel and Joe)

July 18, CSM (Nancy)

Sep 19, CU (Joe and Laurel)

Nov 14, CSM (Ron and Bill)

I can continue to help with any of these as needed.

Our CU meetings have now shifted back to the DSL.
