I have NI LabView for FRC 2013 

My Operating system: Windows 8   64-bit 

I need to start using Aurduino

What I should to do to install LV for arduino, I have Labview 2013

I don't want to begin installing conflict issue

Since you are new to the LabVEW+Arduino space, I recommend that you take a look at the announcement about the LIFA replacement knowns as LINX.

Other than that, you simply need to install the VISA drivers and install LINX.  LIFA is essentially the same but I do not recommend using LIFA if you don't already have substantial progress with it because it is no longer supported officially.
