I don't know, you will check this message or not. You solved this (Arduino Uno + HC-SR04 Ultrasonic sensor + LabView Help!!) about 4 yrs ago. Now I am facing the same problem and followed your instruction (HC-SR4ultrasonicsensor.pdf). but it does not work. It always shows a fix value 48.I have attached the VIs here. I am using Arduino Mega 2560 and Arduino 1.8.3. LIFA_base is ok.

Would you check and figure out the problem, please?

Help please solve the problem with HC-SR04 sensor, when connecting the sensor to Arduino, does not determine the distance, after passing the terminal Read.vi the value is 0.00E + 0 in Highlight execution mode (yellow light). For example, blink checked, everything works. What could be the problem? Connected components are all right.
