error: The local oscillator did not lock within the alloted time

This error often occurs when I run labview-tx-vi with USRP2, I didnot know why. Could you please tell me the reasons?

I have seen this before on the USRP2.  Please ensure you are using the latest firmware.  Also if you are able to reproduce the error using a certain set of steps please let us know and it may be something that we could address.

Does it happen every time or just occasionally?

Note, only the NI USRP-292x and NI USRP-293x devices are offically supported and have been fully tested with NI USRP Driver.  Other device such as the USRP2 are not offically supported by the driver.

Hi! I checked my firmware, and it's the latest version.

1. Installing the software:

Labview 2012

Labview Modulation Toolkit 4.3.1,

LabviewLabview Digital Filter Design Toolkit,

Labview MathScript RT Module,

and NI-USRP 1.2.

2. Default IP Address:

Host Ethernet Interface IP Address 192.168.10.1

Host Ethernet Interface Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0

Disable the firewall settings

I use USRP2 with the RFX2400 daughter board,

The tx parameters are as follows.

I only changed tx frequency and tx antenna. After I run the program for a few seconds, the following error appeared.

It happens almost every time.

The program only succeeded occasionally when I run the program on a better computer.

Thank you for the additional detial.  The RFX2400 has not been tested.  It is likely that there is a settling time for the oscillator that exceeds the default built into the driver. Our driver defaults were tuned for use with the XCVR2450 and SBX in the 2.4 gHz band.
