que tal, miren tengo un error al que no se que pasa, la comunicacion  del vi package manager ya esta verificada, solo que cuando quiero descargar el tooolkitarduino no  me aparece

ya utilize la version 2014 y 2013 y nada ojala me puedan ayudar

In the image that you have given, you are only allowing it to show installed packages.  To see packages that you can install, you nee to change it from "Installed" to "All" or "Not Installed".

Also, since you are running LabVIEW 2013, you should not use LIFA but instead use LINX.  LIFA is no longer officially supported.  See the announcement here.
