Next ALARM Meeting at CSM

Just a notification and to see if there is any interest. We could hold this ALARM meeting in the Robotics and Automation Lab in Brown Building. I would also happily give people a short tour of all that is happening in the lab. I believe people would find it interesting. Just floating the idea.

Hi there - Just confirming that this next ALARM meeting will not be held

in the CTLM West Building Computer Lab but the Robotics and Automation Lab

in Brown Building instead?

Thanks!

I wouldn't conclude that just yet. Bill should verify, with Buddy's

assistance. I'll email them.

I'm not sure if we would have permission to bring food into the Robotics lab.   Our access to ctlm123 is easy because Buddy and I have the keys to that place - but we'd need assistance to get into Robotics.

I would suggest that the meeting/food be in ctlm123 as originally planned, with a hiking tour to Robotics if Matthew can arrange permission from the key holder of the Robotics Lab.

I have key access to the robotics lab as it is my office. I can confirm that you can bring in food, but at this short notice I agree it might be easier to have the meeting/food in CTLM123 but then have a short hike to the robotics lab.

A tour of the Robotics lab would be great.  However, Bill indicated that the November meeting agenda is already full.  Could we do this in March?  Ron is organizing that meeting, and I believe he was interested.

That we could, I believe that would be possible. However as I am trying to

graduate in early January, I will need to see if I still will have access

to the lab
