Thanks to the prompting of the user group I finally took the time and created a VI Package for the Icon editor and updated it on LAVA the VI Package will work with LabVIEW versions 2010 and higher.  https://lavag.org/files/file/100-mark-ballas-icon-editor-v24-lv2010/  Thanks to everyone for motivating me.  Mark
