User Group Page Statistics

Is there a way to get some analytics on our user group pages? Does NI have this capability?

I'm pretty sure we do have access because I've seen stats on groups before. What type of information do you think would be beneficial? There would have to be some backend work by our web team to make this easily available to user group leaders but if I have some ideas of what you are looking for then I can talk to them to see what it would take to make this happen.

I am also interested in stastics on my community page. I have been building up the the group for a while and would love to track activity. Ideally with something like Google Analytics, but number of visitors and when would be helpful also. thanks.

There isn't a way for group leaders to get the insight themselves currently. The web platform technology that we use (Jive) for the community and groups has a new feature that will make this available but it won't be live until late 2012 or early 2013. After this is available to everyone, then group leaders will be able to get all the site analytics from within the group in a nice clean UI.
Right now, this is a manual process that our Buisness Intelligence and Web teams do on a case by case basis. If you would like to get analytics on your group, just private message me and let me know what you are hoping to get from the data (this does take extra work to get so I want to make sure that the data has a direct purpose), what you would like to get data on, and what date ranges. I can definintely facilitate getting this data to you though if you are interested. Just let me know by a private message.
