Blood Pressure Waveform T = 0

Hi,

I am working with Labview to measure, among other things, the blood pressure in a mock cardiovascular system. As we measure the pressure and flow, we export these to excel. We would like to be able to export these plots with the time synchronized with 0 at the start of a cycle. I added the 0 in the Pic here:

Currently, as you can see, the time seconds are the "system" time, which will not automatically start with 0 at the minimum point. We have the update mode on "Scope Chart".

We take about 5 seconds worth of data which exports, and we manually change the time to sync with the minimum point. The scale makes them look different, but they are pretty typical BP waves.

Is it possible to have the display more like an oscilloscope or similar to below?

I can attach my VI. I am trying to clean it up, this is one of the changes I'd like to make.

Thanks!

you can make a routine that detects the valley of the signal and cut the data before prior to expor to excell
