Not able to find biomedical startup kit in the functions palette

I have Labview 9.0 installed in my system.i downloaded Biomedical startup kit and installed via the setup. but after installation, i'm not able to find the VI's in the functions palette.all i can see is the biomedical workbench in the start menu.can someone please guide me on solving this?
