Installing LabVIEW Run-time engine 8.6.1.

I renamed the msi to "lv861runtime.msi" instead of the originally downloaded file "lv86runtime.msi" thinking this wouldn't be a problem.

Reason I renamed it is because I keep all the runtime msi in a folder for support purposes and I already had 8.6 run time.

I get an error running the renamed msi.

"Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting

to read from the file: C:\lv86runtime.msi"

Renaming the msi to its original name fixes the problem.

Also, this doesn't sound like a bug at all.  It sounds like user error.
