Sample CLD exam for review

Good afternoon all...

I took the CLD this morning, and I must say that was the hardest exam I have ever taken. It was much much harder than any of the practice exams. I think I completed about 60% of the application before I ran out of time. I had everything documented, and it was clean code. I only hope I garner enough points to pass....

Please review my CLD practice exam and provide feedback.

I'm using 2011 and can't open your project. If you want people to review, I strongly recommend back-converting to an earlier version, maybe 2009 or so. I don't think most forum users have switched to 2012 yet.

Thank you for the reply. I have recompiled into LabVIEW 2010.

It still shows up as 12.0 for me.

hmmm that doesnt make sense because I saved for previous version 2010.

Ok maybe I only saved the main VI and not the whole project....lets try this again...sorry about that.

Finally got it to open by using a copy of 2012 I have at home. I'm pretty sure at least one file wasn't properly back-saved to 2012.

Overall, looks good. It's clean, organized, looks like it works. I didn't spend a lot of time checking for bugs but it works under the typical sequence. Commenting is fine. Use of action engines is good.

Were you able to complete it within the time constraint?

I was able to get most of it done in the 4 hrs...I think overall it took me about 5. So I still have some speed to gain.
