Here is a link to the LabVIEW Skills Guide. If you are looking to improve you LV skills this is a great place to start. As of LV2012 Online classes are free with an active software service contract.

If you are looking for a book specifically written to help you with the CLD examine

There is a great LabVIEW Book called Effective LabVIEW Programming written by Thomas Bress.

It is one of the few LV books with color images of the example block diagrams.
