1ms sequence of event using 2 digital line

hi im having a NI 9172 and NI9477, for now I just able to control on and off of 2 leds connected to the line 0 and line1 of the NI 9477, but my main intentions is to do a sequence of led turning on between 1ms of each other, line 0 turn on--[after 1ms]--turn on line 1.. how do i achived that..

just to add, i used 2 daq assist and configure as digital line 0 and line 1 and used flat sequence structure in sequential on the leds and using a time delay of 1second in between them

so got 3 frames of sequence structure. 1st frame(line0)-->2frame(timedelay)-->3rdframe(line1) but the delay is min 1second and i need 1ms.. can we achieve 1ms??
