I am facing an issue with accessing the other DIO pins from the SbRIO 2mm IDC Breakout.
I wanted to access the DIO pins from the IDC Breakout board which is installed just above the SbRIO (Refer to attached picture of Hardware on the right). I have attached the SbRIO 9694 Breakout RMC on the top of SbRIO (Refer to attached picture left side). My requirement is to access the DIO pins from the IDC Breakout board as it is 5 V tolerant. Using the current configuration I only able to access limited pins (see the attached picture of MIO port).
What I know is I have to connect the DIO port using 50 pin ribbon cable to other port (But I am not sure about where to connect it)?
To address this issue, I removed the RMC existing board and attached the C series board (See the picture) to the SbRIO and then connected the Ribbon cable from DIO port of IDC Breakout to C series board.
Can anyone let me understand weather it works or not someone said about it, and I am following it.
