Pin layout for 4050 DMM

Hi,
I have recently acquired a PCMCIA 4050 DMM card. There is no cable with it, however. I just want to verify which pins are which on the four pin connector that is supposed to connect to the P-1 probe set if we had one. A pin layout diagram or table would be extremely helpful. Thanks! 🙂

Charlie,

I highly recommend you purchase the P4-BJ2 cable. It is available on the <link no longer exists>. This is the cable that is tested and verified with the board, so it is best that you go with this solution for proper operation of the board. If you were to do a continuity test on the P4-BJ2 cable, you would find that pins 1 and 2 from the PCMCIA-4050's connector are connected to the HI (positive) banana plug of the cable and pins 3 and 4 from the PCMCIA-4050's connector are connected to the LO (negative) banana plug of the cable. That is all of the information I am able to disclose about the cable. Please consider getting the P4-BJ2 cable unless the is no other alternative besides implementing your own cabling solution.

Sincerely,
