Hello Sreekumar,
NI offers two different DMMs in a PCI form factor. The first option is the PCI-4065, our low-cost 6 ½ digit DMM:
Products and Services: NI PCI-4065
The second option you have available is the PCI-4070, our high performance flexible resolution DMM:
Products and Services: NI PCI-4070
These DMMs both are single channel input. You can combine them with an NI Switch card for use in a multichannel application.
To use a switch card you have two options. The first would be to upgrade from PCI to PXI to use a PXI switch card. In this case, you would then need a PXI DMM instead of the PCI DMMs recommended above. Or, you could use an SCXI chassis with SCXI multiplexer switch cards with the PCI DMM as the chassis controller. Refer to the link below for information on NI’s multiplexer switch offerings:
Please refer to the following document for more information on selecting a Switch/DMM configuration for a specific application:
NI Developer Zone: Switch/DMM Hardware Configurations
I hope the information I have provided is helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Elizabeth L.

sreekumar,
If it's mulitple voltage readings, another option would be to use a DAQ board. You didn't provide any kind of specifications (i.e. measurement types, number of channels, etc.).
